LEAP: There's a Pig in My Classroom
Hey, 3rd & 4th grade elementary school teachers! How would you like to take your class on a FREE virtual visit to a pig farm? 🐷📚
Hosted by the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center and funded by the LEAP Foundation, “There’s a Pig in My Classroom” is a virtual program designed to teach students where and how pork gets to their plate. Students will learn about how pigs are raised on the farm, production terminology, and purchasing pork in the grocery store.
Sessions will be offered on October 16.
