The Modern Farm

Today's modern hog farm is not what most people picture in their mind. Today's pig farm is an indoor, highly regulated safe haven for pigs to get the best nutrition and care possible without being exposed to harsh winters and sweltering summers.  It also prevents the pigs from picking up diseases by rooting in the ground or eating things that would make them sick.
