Ground Pork Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cups Tomato
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoons Shredded Cheese
  • 1 packages Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoons Salsa
  • 1 cups Tortilla Chips
Directions
1
Place the ground pork in a pan over medium heat. Use a meat smasher or spatula to break the ground pork into small bits. Continue to cook the pork until brown so that it is an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
2
Add the whole package of taco seasoning (or see package for specific instructions) into the pan with your ground pork. Then add the 3/4 cups of water and stir until mixed together. Bring to a boil or until completely combined, turn your heat to low and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
3
Serve the ground pork over tortilla chips or corn tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and salsa or even add other toppings that your family will love.
