Let's celebrate the Illinois pork industry and a very Midwest favorite – the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich! Illinois Pork has created a list of 11 Illinois restaurants. If you complete 8 of the 11 stops between September 1 - November 30, 2026, you will be contacted and receive a t-shirt (pictured below).

Each of the restaurants above will have supplies for you to complete the crawl digitally or with a printed passport. If you choose the printed passport option, please mail it to 6411 6th St. Frontage Rd. E Springfield, IL 62712. For the digital passport option, you will scan the QR code while you are at the restaurant and take a picture of both the menu and your tenderloin sandwich.
Forms that aren't completely filled out will not be accepted. All participants who fill out our form will be entered to win a gift card for $50.
