Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Ground Pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Press ground pork into a thin, even layer

Toss peppers & onions with olive oil + a little seasoning. Spread them around or lightly on top of the Pork

Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the whole pan

Cook for 15–20 minutes. Pork should be browned, veggies tender

Remove and crumble the Pork with a spatula. Mix with peppers and onions
