Crock Pot Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds Pork Loin Roast
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoons Cumin
  • 1 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Orange
  • 3 Limes
  • 3 tablespoons Minced Garlic

Place the pork loin roasts into a crock pot/slow cooker⁣

Mix together all of the spices. Use as a rub on the pork loin roast. Season on all sides. ⁣

Zest and juice orange & limes over pork⁣. Top with minced garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred pork and add back into crock pot/slow cooker to keep warm and soak in the juices⁣. Use the pork for burritos, tacos, or whatever you’d like. It’s very flavorful and freezes well. ⁣
