Ingredients
- 5 pounds Pork Loin Roast
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoons Cumin
- 1 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Orange
- 3 Limes
- 3 tablespoons Minced Garlic
Directions

Place the pork loin roasts into a crock pot/slow cooker

Mix together all of the spices. Use as a rub on the pork loin roast. Season on all sides.

Zest and juice orange & limes over pork. Top with minced garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred pork and add back into crock pot/slow cooker to keep warm and soak in the juices. Use the pork for burritos, tacos, or whatever you’d like. It’s very flavorful and freezes well.
