Ingredients
- 1 pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cups Dry Breadcrumbs, Regular
- 1 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoons Minced Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1 cups Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet or casserole dish with cooking spray.
2
Mix together the bread crumbs and milk. Then let them sit for a minute. (This makes them tender)
3
Add pork, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Don't over-mix.
4
Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls.
5
Bake 12-14 minutes, or until lightly brown and cooked to 160 degrees F. You may want to flip the meatballs in between to avoid burning the bottom.
6
In a small sauce pan, stir together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and mustard.
7
Simmer on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes until glossy and thick.
8
Place the meatballs in the sauce until fully coated or combine into a crockpot. Allow them to sit together about 10-15 minutes.
9
Serve warm topped with optional garnish.
