Illinois Pork Donor-Advised Scholarship

The Illinois Pork Producers Association proudly awards nine students with a scholarship each school year. Three Levels are awarded: (3) Gold Scholarships at $2,000 each; (3) Silver Scholarships at $1,500 each; (3) Bronze Scholarships at $1,000 each. Applicants must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or be enrolling to begin in the Fall of 2024 to be eligible. IPPA Scholarships are open to students pursuing any undergraduate degree at any two-year or four-year college. Previous winners may apply again. Applicants must submit the following:

1. Completed Application form

2. Typed essay: "Describe the impact that a foreign animal disease (FAD) outbreak would have on the United States if it were to enter our country's borders."  No more than three (3) pages, double-spaced.

3. Transcripts of most recent school (high school or college, depending on age), including fall 2024 semester. 

4. A list of leadership activities. Categorize accordingly. Example: 4-H, FFA, school. community, etc.
